I recently enjoyed a delightful holiday in London, staying in Acton with easy access to central London. Soaking up the city’s vibrant atmosphere. Highlights included exploring historical sites like the Tower of London and Westminster Abbey, immersing in culture at the British Museum and National Gallery, and enjoying a West End musical. Strolling through Hyde Park, witnessing the Changing of the Guard, and shopping on Oxford Street were quintessential experiences. A day trip to Windsor added charm, while modern attractions like the Shard and Borough Market showcased the city’s dynamic side. The Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and Victoria and Albert Museum offered enriching experiences. The trip concluded with a serene walk along the South Bank and a memorable farewell dinner, making it an unforgettable blend of history, culture, and modernity.

London is super easy to get around, so many options between the bus, underground, taxis... we found the tube easy to navigate, quick and not too expensive. The national gallery and British museum were both free and very entertaining. Covent garden was a great day out, and right next to Chinatown and Leicester square. The best part of our trip was a visit to the west end, couldn't recommend enough!

Travelled for the Abba Voyage show. Unbelievable would definitely recommend anyone to see it even if you're not a fan of Abba. Ate in the O2 arena most nights, good choice of food outlets. Did the Big Ben climb the tower tour, amazing. Went to the famous Abbey Road and walked the crossing. So much to see and do. So easy to get around. Clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. When we booked, Dockers Inn was significantly more affordable than other hotels in Central/East London, which was our main draw to it. Really conveniently located by the Wapping Overground station, and also only about a 20 minute walk to the Tower of London. We really enjoyed having a delicious Sunday Roast in the restaurant. Also nice to have access to the outdoor tables in the private garden area. Would stay here again!

Lovely, friendly guy greeted us on arrival, happily gave us advice on getting around London. Our twin room was spacious for London. Very clean throughout and comfortable beds. The tea and coffee facilities and fridge were a bonus too. We were very happy with everything for the price we paid - it was cheaper than most hotels we've stayed in and much nicer. The location was great too - just around the corner from Baker Street station with plenty of eating establishments a short walk away.

The hotel is well located, being about halfway between Heathrow airport and the West End. We stayed here for two nights when we arrived in England then went elsewhere for several weeks then returned for a longer stay. We also stayed here last year. It is very close to the train station and has very helpful pleasant staff members. If/when we're next in London we'll certainly consider staying here again.

1st time in London, so I hope my ratings are fair. It was exactly as advertised. Updated apartments, but in an older building. Hotel style Front desk was plus and made check-in easy. Reasonable walk to South Kensington tube station, district line/circle/Piccadilly lines. Never felt unsafe walking morning or night. Grocery store next door, saved some money on breakfasts and snacks for touring.

We loved the location, great value for money and the apartments give you extra facilities. The staff were all really nice and friendly and breakfast was great. We would definitely stay again, hotels in London are notoriously small roomed and expensive so the space and location were great value and some lovely touches (potion making was fab, white company toiletries and nice bedding and towels)

The owner cared very much about easy check-in/ check-out and ensured we had everything we needed while our stay. The apartment is located a few minutes away from the tower bridge in a quiet area. Perfect for a few days of sight seeing London. For London the apartment is much more spacious and modern than most of the hotels - and considering the location, actually a real bargain.

Beautiful, tiny rooms that are easily accessible to the Earl's Court stop on the Underground. Took less than an hour to get to Heathrow. They also let you check your bags if the rooms aren't ready upon arrival. There are hotels in London that cost the same with amenities such as a swimming pool and laundry facilities but access to public transportation was a huge help.

This is one of those small London hotels converted from apartments. So more a series of rooms than a normal 'hotel'. No dining, bar or leisure facilities. More a 'room for the night'. Rooms are very compact, especially the bathroom but modern and clean and fine for one night. Great location near King's Cross station. Good value for money.
