Last weekend, we had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski Hotel, Mall of the Emirates, for a staycation to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is connected to the Mall of the Emirates and conveniently located next
to Ski Dubai, where we spent an entire day having fun.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. At check-in, I mentioned we were there to celebrate my son's birthday. Fatima, the reception ambassador, went above and beyond by arranging a delightful surprise with cakes and balloons
in our room. When we returned from Ski Dubai, my son was overjoyed to see the surprise, which made the day even more memorable.
The room was thoughtfully designed with guests' comfort in mind, which added a special touch to our stay. This was our first time at the Kempinski, Mall of the Emirates, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment, creating unforgettable memories.
I highly recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to return for another stay.
