The woman at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Very kind and welcoming! The rooms were beautiful (I didn't really look at photos beforehand so was pleasantly surprised). We had 4 friends in 1 room and 3 in the other, travelling for a University event and it was just a great experience.
Overlooking the Maroochy River, River Sands Apartments offer a private balcony with lovely river views. The property features an outdoor swimming pool and a barbecue area with outdoor seating.

Location was ok, river view would be nice if you like being right on the roadside without double glazing so that all you can hear is traffic.
Just 50 metres from Maroochydore Beach, Beach on Sixth features a heated pool, fitness centre and a spa. A private balcony with partial or full ocean views is standard in all apartments.

Lived near Maroochydore, was nice staying along the River so nice, great walking/riding path along the river. A 2- 5 minute walk to the local small shopping centre IGA, Seafood shop and The Bridge Hotel that had meals where we ate Twice during our stay. A popular coffee next door to our accommodation for breakfast and dinners. Unfortunately we didn’t get to eat there. Bus stop out the front of our accom on Bradman over for buses to Maroochydore Plaza a major shopping complex and food area. Or an easy 8 minute drive. Easy access to The Motorway to either Sunshine Coast Airport or up to Noosa or down to Mooloolaba, Kawana or Caloundra by the Motorway.

We haven’t visited the Coast as often as we see to but caught up with many places this last trip.
Maroochydore is much the same but more built up than used to be.
Made a trip to Sea Life and then we were going to have lunch at The Wharfe but were very disappointed in the Wharfe. Far too congested these days so we didn’t stay. We bought a delicious lunch along near the River and thoroughly enjoyed our time there .

Maroochydore is a bustling town.
Maroochydore is a bustling town. Beautiful river views and family friendly parks. We spent much of our time walking along the river and enjoying the views. There are many water sports to participate in. The Sunshine Plaza has an array of shops and eateries suitable for everyone.

We loved Maroochydore as it is more relaxed and not quite as touristy as Maloolaba. There are great shops and malls nearby and many cafés and restaurants within walking distance. There is an aquatic centre, bowling greens, sports clubs etc., all in easy distance. It is an easy drive to get to the motorway north or south and Noosa etc., is under an hours drive away. The marina/wharf and seafood restaurants are only a few minutes drive. Cotton Tree is a lovely little area with great cafés and shops and it's nice to have both the estuary and beach to choose from. There is a wonderful camping/holiday park right on the estuary in the heart of the village. The Alex Bluff Bar is great for live music, food and drinks and the Boat Shed riverside restaurant/bar is great for a relaxed afternoon meal by the river.

Cotton Tree is an excellent location for a short or long beach stay. No need to drive anywhere. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and other amenities in central street, which also has a Sunday market.
We stayed at Reflections Holiday Apartments for my son's 18th birthday celebrations. The location was excellent, with beautiful views over Picnic Point. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We had a very busy weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend Reflections Holiday Apartments and hope we have an opportunity to stay again sometime.
Fantastic little house for our family of three. We stayed 6 nights and found the place very well equipped for our stay. Very functional and well thought out. Nice quiet street with river walk nearby and a short drive to a lot of what Maroochydore has on offer. Great host too who was very responsive and ready to help if needed - although we didn't need to contact them for anything.
Water views and short drive to shopping centres(Big Top and Sunshine Plaza) and Maroochydore town centre.
Quiet and peaceful street. Underground carparking was provided but there was parking right in front of the building, so we parked there. The kitchen was well equipped. There was even salt, pepper and olive oil in the pantry.
Well equipped, modern and spacious apartment that felt like a home away from home. In a handy location to the beach, cafes and other shops. Although the view of the ocean is obscured there is still a bit of a water view and you are still close enough to enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.
Everything required for an apartment stay was available for your disposal. Netflix available. Close to beach and town. A bustop was out in front of the premises. Secure underground carpark for some apartments like ours. Didn't get to use the bbq or pool but we're clean. The pool is a decent
Perfect location. Corner apartment had great views of the East, North and West for spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Pool area was lovely, so was the games room and playground for the family. In the heart of Cotton Tree dining, retail and fresh local produce.
The location is excellent - a short walk or drive to wonderful dining establishments; activities and excursions. The beautiful beach is opposite the apartments. The apartment is very large compared to most; and suitably furnished. Extremely well priced.
Absolutely amazing location and views. Stunning apartment. Wish we had have found Murray’s Cafe earlier (fantastic coffee right across the road, not on the beach side). Beach and park super accessible with little kids. Would go back.
Verve on Cotton Tree was in a great location within walking distance of the beach and places to eat. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked great.
I stayed in this accommodation for about 5 weeks in different apartments. The rear ones had less road noise and were more modern.
The staff were very helpful
Location location location! Catalina is perfectly located between Cotton Tree & Alexandra Headlands. You are opposite Maroochydore Beach and Surf Club.
