Our room is great! Clean and nice. We watched the NBA that night because it's families favorite since its play off's! Nice! Breakfast was great too. There is so many choices like in the warmers,there's eggs and sausages, varieties of cereals. Varieties of bread, bagels, muffins and u can make your own waffles as well. Brewed Coffee, hot chocolate and juices. My family loves it. ❤️❤️❤️

Nicely finished, very clean and fresh. Seems to have recently been refinished and was very tastefully done. Friendly staff, but very limited. If you’re looking for a great place to sleep and get a meal or a drink at a very reasonable rate, I’d definitely recommended it, but I would not suggest staying here if you looking for concierge services or other amenities. It was exactly what I was looking for, would have liked to have stayed longer and spent time at the pub!

Breakfast wasn’t included. The location was great, right in town. The staff were very friendly and we left our big bags in storage while we went to Victoria. We caught a ferry from Vancouver. Nanaimo is a small town with whale boat tours that are well worth taking.
