Beautiful decor. The whole hotel felt like a spa in itself. The swimming pools are gorgeous. The food selection was good and some of the staff stood out like Lina and George who were both very helpful.

Kalithea is a good location to Kalithea springs, the restaurants of Faliraki and the old town of Rhodes. Beaches are pebble at Kalithea but sandy in Faliraki. Snorkelling is great at Kalithea springs.

Definitely 5* hotel, staff were eager to please guests without pestering them. Good choice of food at main restaurant and more restaurants to book , wasn't there long enough to try these out but several of the other wedding guests did, those that stayed longer and were impressed at the quality. Taxis are reasonable and 'old' Rhodes town not too far away.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We had a wonderful cleaner who replaced our towels and kept our room free of rubbish called Adriana. We used the gym which was just right for a holiday facility - there were additional sweat towels available and chilled water.
We traveled in to the Old Town which was a surprise- beautiful architecture filled with restaurants and shops selling all manner of goods. The main town we didn’t enjoy as it was very busy. There is obviously significant poverty.
We went for a complete rest and achieved that but next time we would venture out more to see other places.

Loved the easy access to beaches.
Loved the easy access to beaches. Jordan’s Beach is beautiful and the Kallithea Springs was a wonderful experience. Swimming at Kallithea springs was a treat and we hired a shaded seating area for our group which was well worth the €20. Get to Kallithea Springs early as it gets busy.
Jordan’s Beach Grill is a good place to have lunch, the food was good and reasonably priced and the setting is great.
It was easy to get around on a quad bike or by car and we found parking fairly easily.
MyMarket and Lidl are close by and for self catering this is very helpful.

A base for exploring the island, not really a highlight itself. Nice beaches close by. Various good restaurants, for eg. Christos Family Taverna - good food, reasonable prices, friendly owners & staff.

We love the pool which we had in the room, but on the other hand. The surroundings by the pool were just a bit neglected as the grass was extremely high and some rocks were on the sides. Also there was one not very pleasant factor and that was the smell from the waste treatment plant which is close to the resort. We have had a problem with this at our previous stay, when we were in the most expensive rooms in the hotel. When the wind blows from the wrong side the smell is quite heavy.
Everything was great, as we expected. The room was very clean, nice, with everything as described. There was a lot of stuff on-site - kids playground, mini disco and kids club, pool, supermarket, restaurant (really nice Taverna!) and beach really near. And the people - they are just great! Helpful, nice, and with great suggestions if you need them! I would recommend the hotel for everyone who wants a nice family vacation. And also - not too far from Rhodes city!
We loved that our request to be at a low floor with kids was accepted, the location is the best, the price is totally reasonable, the swimming pool was very clean, you have all what you need in the apartment for cooking. We rented a car and large parking was available on site. The place is super quiet. Room service was every 2 days which is comfortable for an apart hotel. Landlord provided us with his own beach towels since it was not provided. Very nice.
The resort was fine, the rooms were spread around a bigger area, so the 500+ people had enough space. Beach was nice as well. The staff was helpfull and ready to help, did their job very well, the hospitality of Rhodes was well received. When problems arised (see below), the ordinary staff was very helpful to solve the problems (change the room, call the doctor, bring the medicines (antidiaretics) from pharmacy).
The hotel is very new and modern and the staff very helpful and polite. We had not been to Rhodes before so the location was an unknown. However, it proved to be an excellent location to explore from each day with easy access to Rhodes Town and other destinations. We were half board and I highly recommend the breakfast. Excellent variety and quantity.
Everything was just great. Very hospitable attitude on arrival and every day. Comfortable beds, very clean large rooms, powerful shower, very good WiFi. Various kitchen equipment (even capsule coffee machine), beautiful garden with orange trees, spacious pool area, close to the nice beach, good bus connection to Rhodes town.
The hotel is literally perfect 👍.
The service , facilities, rooms , restaurants, spa and pools are amazing.
The hotel/restaurant staff are very friendly and very helpful.
I am very touched by their kindness, support and hospitality.
We will definitely return to Rhodes to have this amazing experience one more time.
I loved the hotel and the way it was all nicely done up and clean. We got upgraded to a room with own pool that was just outside our bedroom sliding door.. Was so happy with that..Was perfect for the kids to just wake up and jump in whenever they feel like from the room...
- The proximity to the beach and Rhodes town via bus
- The food was amazing - variety of traditional dishes every evening
- The friendly staff at the restaurant and reception- they really give their best
- The beach is lovely, no big waves
Great location - 10 minutes to Rhodes Old Town (a must see) and 15 minutes to the Water Park. The beach is nice and so are the pools. Staff is friendly but overworked (need more people clearing up). Nice entertainment.
The villa was spacious, with a gorgeous view. We loved the outdoor terrace eating area and in built bbq. We could walk down to the beaches and able to explore Rhodes old town in the evenings.
Stunning hotel which looked exactly like the photos. Great location in Faliraki and easy to locate. Friendly staff who took care of us. Easy and simple. So beautiful. We’d definitely return.
A newly renovated hotel which makes everything feel clean and fresh.
The pools and beachs are good fun, especially with small kids.
The bar selection is wide and good, food was decent.
Helea Family Hotel was not ready so we had to use the facilities of Eliisa Luxury Suite. Food was good, facility was nice and modern. Family room having access to pool was nice.
Location is quite good, if want to go Rhodes town then taxi price is quite ok i think about 15 € .
AI food is quite Ok it is not supper good but still you find something to eat.
