The hotel was good, limited parking and a little on high on cost. Queenstown is nice little city, if you have time you can travel to Milford sound, but as we were there for two days, the Information Centre was only interested in selling the tours they do and we found out that there was more todo within the city, like Paragliding, Cable car and nice restaurants and cafes, English Gardens, Ferry across the lake etc.

Queenstown is as fantastic holiday destination for every age group. The location is stunning, the range of activities available unbelievable, restaurants and cafes are in good supply and the staff are happy and helpful. Autumn is a ringer time of the year to be in this beautiful city… full of colour… not too cold.. just perfect. I chose it for the location (between Frankton and Queenstown) but was blown away by the aesthetic and the vibe of the Sherwood complex. The sustainability elements are so unique, adn the story of how they renovated this accommodation is brilliant. The cost is moderate - there are cheaper places in Queenstown but this isn't a generic hotel. The restaurant is pretty exceptional - breakfast was lovely and not very expensive. I will return when I am next in Queenstown.

Good complementary breakfast, you can enjoy the lake view when you have your breakfast.

There are a few things to improve but overall I can recommend and stay again in this hotel.
