Staff were very friendly and approachable. Beds were comfortable. Everything was great. Full kitchen, big rooms. Even gave us hot chocolates to go on our way out!

Had all the basics, room was comfortable and clean enough. Staff were flexible with check in and out, and helpful when we asked to change rooms (due to our dog). Excellent location for running errands in town.

A good place to stop if making a long journey to or from Whitehorse or Alaska. There is a large grocery store and many hotels to choose from. The Alaska hwy goes right through town with 50 street N and S on either side. GPS wasn't accurate for addresses so check the numbers and whether you are North or South when you get to town.

The pub by A&W had really good food.
The pub by A&W had really good food. The public swimming pool was really nice. The rock climbing wall over the pool was neat as well as the really big water slide. Such a big pool and great water temperature.

I was very pleased with our room - a jacuzzi suite that was a great size and quiet. We stayed two nights to rest from our long travels and it was very comfortable for hanging out.
We covered 2,200 miles on our total trip and Muriel's service (front desk) and pretty BIG SMILE was the best of so many hotels we stayed in. She was great for her job of accommodating all of our needs with a lovely smile and happy to help us. Wonderful Muriel, thank you!
We like the visitor center and the museum in Fort Nelson. The food at the RV park was the only food that was okay, other places not at all. We'd avoid Boston Pizza on our next visit. Deb and Dan
The room was a good size and the walls were well sound proofed! I did not hear the family that was staying beside me. The AC worked very well so it was comfortable! Hotel was located walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. I also had an issue with the TV and someone came to fix it really fast (TV was new-ish, it was weird and a simple unplug/plug fixed it - not a hotel problem). Also loved the free coffee in the morning in the lobby!!
located direct by Alaska Highway. Food store, gas stations and restaurants are nearby
- calm, clean and well equipped rooms with a small kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine)
- parking available in front of the hotel (no fee)
- continental breakfast included, which was ok
- good room rates
everything was great! the staff is very friendly. Check in was very easy even though I made it very late!
great value of your money for this great room, comfortable and modern. I loved the coffee maker! this is definitely the best place in all my journey from north to south of Canada! thank you!!
I always enjoy the Wyndham breakfast. Great selection. Staff were very friendly. Honestly a lot of Ft Nelson hotels are not great - just good enough to sleep in for a night traveling through. This was actually a nice hotel.
This is the very best lodging on the Alaskan hiway. It is the caliber of hotel you hope to find and the price is less than what you get charged for rundown broken rooms in Dawson Creek and Watson Lake.
Good experience from this stay, however I am not able to get an invoice receipt from Booking.com and hotel stated they cannot provide in this case. Please send to me at your earliest convenience.
It was a nice hotel, very calm and quiet for my stay, I was just traveling through Canada and they made my stay very accommodating and comfy which I sure appreciate it. Loved Boston Pizza too.
Aside from some funny smells inside the rooms, corridors etc, it is an average hotel, good enough for an overnight stay. TBH, you'll probably get the same value at cheaper motels around town
The staff were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in when in a hotel. The rooms were quiet and clean.
