Remote workers have a office space on the patio balcony inside the house! AC in every room and state of the art TV, Electonic devices and high-speed Internet. It is located 13 minutes from the Poetto beach and 10 minutes from the city center. Rilassati in un moderno trivano independente al centro di Cagliari. Ristrutturato di recente, con bellisimo tetto in legno a vista e soppalchi, 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni piu soggiono e divano letto. Area ufficio privata con scrivania sul soppalco. 10 min da centro e 13 dalla spiaggia cittadina. Fornita di tutti i confort, internet alta velocita' e AC in ogni ambiente.

Great Area in the Center of Pirri, 10 minutes from Cagliari Center and Poetto Beach. Tons of cafes and restaurants. The city rail runs about 10 minutes walk from the house and connect with the city center Piazza Repubblica. Quite area, parking a few minutes walk from the house.
